Coaching

Supporting managers in a transformation context. I help them embody the change and mobilize their teams.
Your team is growing? I help you adapt your leadership style to the evolution of your business. I am your sparring partner to help you understand others and make yourself better understood. I also support you in making existential decisions such as career or life changes.
Specialized in supporting highly sensitive and high-potential individuals. I help you address challenges like managing your involvement, energy, perfectionism, misunderstandings, and relational difficulties for smooth collaboration.
I support managers in a transformation context. I help them with personal reflection on their own change to strengthen their influence, embody the change, and mobilize their teams.
In case of relational tensions, motivation problems, or communication issues, I intervene with the entire team to facilitate mutual understanding, collaboration, and increase overall well-being and efficiency.

Training and Awareness of Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity refers to the various cognitive particularities of the human mind, such as giftedness, high sensitivity, attention deficit disorder with or without Hyperactivity, dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, etc. It views them as variations on a spectrum. When these singularities are well embraced, they become assets for the company: more innovation, cross-disciplinary approaches, empathy, well-being at work, and motivation.

Consulting

For a successful transformation, I work at various levels: establishing a clear vision of the desired transformation, analysing the impact of the transformation, and engaging the relevant stakeholders. Together, we define what the future will look like and how to get there with a strategy and change plan (including communication, training, and managerial actions).
Utilizing collective intelligence and participation to engage different stakeholders in a transformation or to achieve a specific goal. I can also support team seminars.
