Training and Awareness of Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity refers to the various cognitive particularities of the human mind, such as giftedness, high sensitivity, attention deficit disorder with or without Hyperactivity, dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, etc. It views them as variations on a spectrum. When these singularities are well embraced, they become assets for the company: more innovation, cross-disciplinary approaches, empathy, well-being at work, and motivation.
- Management Training: Leadership and change management, and other soft skills.
- Raising Awareness about Neurodiversity at work: this is the first step towards neuro-inclusive work environments, via conferences and workshops.
- Managing Multiple Talents: Each team member is different and can be specifically supported to leverage their unique talents for the benefit of the company and their well-being at work.
- Training and Support: I train managers and teams to better understand neurodiversity and to manage inclusively. I also provide training on change management and other soft skills.
